This the owners of this 1930’s house in north east London approached us to enable family life to re-engage by a rebuild on the plot in an exciting contemporary form.
Through the development of design options, costing and consultation with planning, a scheme was evolved including demolition of part of the house, the introduction of a basement and an extensive re-built of the majority of the house. We have now reached a design that the clients wish to pursue to planning.
